Impact: Low/Medium
When clicking play on the website, the Roblox Player takes up to 20 seconds to render the window. The audio loads in before the window even does, and the loading screen is never shown.
Expected Behavior: Roblox used to open in under 2-5 seconds of the launching roblox window appearing, showing the loading screen, and not playing audio until I could see the game. This was superior in functionality and form, as the loading screen made it feel like something was actually happening.
@Wayyllon - sorry you’re dealing with this. It’s very unusual. We’ve not seen this behavior with app launch - it’s particularly strange how the windows taskbar icon is dormant… until it isn’t, and you jump right into the experience.
Yes. Every time I launch any game it occurs, I can get more information once I’m home with my computer to see when the task actually launches, I have checked and it does not exist in Alt+Tab view prior to it appearing in the task bar.
I can also try reinstalling if you would like that, but if you want to look into it I will leave it as is.
The problem (seemingly related to this) has now morphed into not being able to teleport between places under one experience, in addition to sometimes not being able to join at all, and getting an “error 302” disconnect upon attempting to rejoin!
Here is a video of the issue occuring, showcasing both the slow launch, AND the failure to teleport to the secondary place.
Here is both my crash dump and attachments Log File (189.7 KB) Dmp File

I really do request this be fixed for once or at least given some insight as to why im experiencing this issue on a standard issue windows system. @welblander It would be greatly appreciated if you could revisit this topic.
System Specs; Still the following:
Ryzen 7 3800XT
64GB DDR4 @ 3600MHz
RTX 3080, 10GB VRAM
At this point i might clean install windows to see if it fixes the problem since i’ve wanted to do it for a while anyways.
