Slow Motion Effect (Please Help!)

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    I want a Singular ball to constantly be in slow motion (if it doesent have to involve a script then i still want your idea)
  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    I dont know where to start
  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    again i just dont know where to start ive looked around but not found anything

I dont have any code because i dont know what ide need to use

Please dont make me a system just tell me what i would need me to use or link me to helpfull places

you mean in slow motion like, you want the ball to just move slowly forever?
