Recently as Im developing my game, I found that envionmental light always take some time (enough to be noticed during gameplay) to finish rendering. Here’s a recording: (sounds indicate toggling of flashlight)
As you can see, after I turned on the flashlight, the surrounding lighting takes a noticable amount of time to actually render, which is unwanted.
I have the settings here:
Lighting.Ambient = 0.05, 0.05, 0.05
Lighting.OutdoorAmbient = 0, 0, 0
Lighting.ClockTime = 0
Atmosphere.Density = 0.7
Atmosphere.Color = RGB 25, 25, 25
Atmosphere.Haze = 10
