Looks good already not much feedback can be provided for a simplistic design if you’re more wanting a more detailed “breaching door” consider throwing a few more objects to match a military design if you’re going for that certain approach.
Since it seems like a home door or whatever design you’re going for if you look how military people breach doors you’ll see there’s wires hanging from the explosive it’s more in the middle and not around the entire door. I would recommend adding like a smooth wooden border around the entire door or in the center try making it more attached to the door instead of having it around the door structure.
Other than that, there isn’t much feedback that can be provided since it’s a door with a breaching explosive attached to it, perhaps make the door more detailed and have a metal appearance. You should try attaching Individual explosives instead of a large one?

I like it, kind of reminds me of this one mission from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 where you play and are like British SAS invading some oil rig, it looks like one of those doors you’d see from there.

It looks like a door with 2 jump ropes on it. I think the you need to add a little bit more “Breaching”.
