Looks great. I don’t see much to improve. Maybe a bit more detail to the windows and buildings. Nice job.

I love it.
One thing you could do is have water cascading off of the inside edges of the hexagon.

It would be good enough for a massive map that doesn’t specialize in details, otherwise it’s a bit too simple.
