Hello guys, im making this small town and it feels really boring to me, please suggest somethings to add.

Well if that amazing, I only can build small thing not town keep up the good work!
The lighting is pretty dark for my taste, and maybe add some roof shapes instead of just a wedge, here are some examples!
And to the sidewalks, if there is enough space, add some trees like this.
But since it is a WIP you can add more stuff if you like

I would add some trees on the sidewalk, do something like the image below, it would make it look more alive and intresting.

Thanks for the roof suggestion, ill try it in my next house. also there definetly no more space in the side walks lol.

Yeah i forgot i ran out of ideas on what the buildings / houses would look like.

It’s quite simplistic, however it’s most likely up to you on what approach you want; you should always have a couple of reference images by your side to gather those important details whether it be having variation put the shapes. You may want to add shades of color instead of having one specific material on each building.
The buildings could use the proper selection of materials or at least try adding them for the fountain and certain areas and try not making a building out of one material.
I would try adding more depth into the roof and overall structure, is there a reason why most of the buildings only include a brick material as it’s material pallet so it could combine the style. Consider to experiment with adding additional details to add more detailed structures. I’m curious most of this stuff is planned out and in the progress.

Most buildings are just thought out at the spot, The only planned thing I did was that dome shaped building in the first pic, The roof thing in the third pic and Im making this for reference on another build:
It looks good, you should add some cars and some street signs to give it that city feel. Great work! 
Honestly i don’t even know if a street sign can fit lol.
The tree trunks are too fat, and the branches seem disconnected.
Looks good but I could add some more detail that is is lacking, you could try to use blender to make more round corners, over all looks great.
It looks good to be a start, but as it said @jordonh23 I tried experimenting with more materials and mixing them, to give a better touch
By the way I tried to reduce the trunk of the trees, I would recommend extending the road, I doubt that a car occupied that space, anyway,

Maybe add some mountains to the outside and maybe some different colored trees
