Hi there!
Instead of having a file to download, please screenshot a picture or post the video on youtube and link it there. I don’t know anybody that would download files from people they don’t know well. Also, I can’t really tell what your trying to show. The title is the first thing people see, so you should be more clear.

The buildings look decent. There isn’t much going on there, also in my opinion the colors you chose don’t match well. Also for the hospital/doctors office the medical sign looks off. I like the low poly style though!
Also just a quick suggestion for the future, maybe change your title to something that makes more sense; for example “town” is mentioned twice as well as “small”.
