I’ve tried this is multiple different places and as far as I can tell this bug ONLY affect new places. That means these:
Repro steps:

Open a new place

Select one of the Terrain tools
-
Ctrl + Z (Undo)
This doesn’t just affect Terrain as it is caused by using Ctrl + Z for as far back as it will go.
Inserting a part and undoing it will have the same effect.
Was reported as recently as yesterday: "Loading Place. Please wait..." message appears in studio at random times

Ah, the thread was posted in quite the odd place so I didn’t see it. But all right, regardless it’s still an issue that needs to be fixed.
