We aim to achieve an incredible buying experience for all our customers. Below, all crucial information for our Community is listed below. Each section of our handbook has been organized by topic. As an esteemed member of our community, we highly recommend you revise each topic diligently to have a better understanding of our establishment.

General Regulations

At snctrys, our commitment revolves around bringing a friendly and welcoming community at all times within our homestore. Upon visiting in-game, we emphasize the importance of familiarizing oneself to our rules and regulations. This will keep snctrys’ respective game welcoming to all with a hospitable space for all participants.

1. Respect: At snctrys, it is imperative that each individual maintains respect towards fellow visitors at the homestore. In order to create a welcoming and safe environment, disrespect will not be tolerated no matter the circumstances.

2. Common Sense: Loopholes around rules are not tolerated. Common sense is necessary, as not every rule can be stated within this list. Any arguments made when given disciplinary action that the reason “wasn’t listed in the regulations” will be invalid.

3. Repercussions: Following breaking any rules, depending on the severity and context will usually result in a verbal reminder, verbal warning, following a server-ban from the homestore and even our Communications Server. In the case of a permanent ban, appeals will have to be directed towards a member of the Staffing Department.

Appeal Information

Discord Ban Appeals

If you have been banned from our Community Server, you should contact anyone part of our Moderation Team. They will forward you a form for completion, which’ll ask you a series of questions.

Roblox Ban Appeals

If you have been banned from our Homestore, you should contact anyone who is part of our High Rank Team. They will forward you a form for completion, which’ll ask you a series of questions.

Staff Blacklist Appeal

If you have been banned from becoming a Staff Member, it is unlikely that your appeal will be accepted. However, should you wish to proceed with an appeal, contact a Human Resources member who will forward you a form for completion.

Partnership Criteria

snctrys is pleased to have caught your interest in allying with our group. Alliances aid groups to grow and develop through a plethora of ways. Should you wish to ally with our group, ensure you meet the criteria below.

Requirements

  • Your group must have surpassed 200 members within its ROBLOX Group and 100 members within its Discord Server.
  • Your group must not sell ranks with Administrative Privileges.
  • Your group must be actively growing and show traits that it can mutually benefit both parties.
  • Your group must not be a military group or a fan group.
  • Your group must have a professional outlook and a good reputation within the industry.
  • Your group must be willing to announce all events snctrys announces & provide 2 representatives from your respective Relations Department.

If for whatever reason you do not meet this criteria, simply message a Relations member for an exception. We ask you to provide appropriate links (ROBLOX and Discord) and outline reasoning as to why we should accept your exception request.

Group Contributor - :infinity:

An individual who has made notable contribution(s) to snctrys, mostly in terms of group development.

Noted Customer - :infinity:

Someone, typically a former High Rank Member, who will be noted and honoured by the snctrys community,

Affiliate Representative - :infinity:

An individual representing another group that is allied with snctrys.

Staff Intern - :infinity:

A staff member that is currently undergoing an internship for a Staff Rank.

Moderation & Designing Branches

Discord Moderator - 20

A member of the snctrys community that moderates our Community server. Anyone part of this rank forms within the Moderation Team, which co-exists independently.

Fashion Designer - :infinity:

An individual who releases and creates new clothing designs for the snctrys homestore. Designers are often handpicked by our Leadership Team.

Middle Rank Team


Sales Associate - (40)

A member of our staff team who works in assisting customers with sales, shifts and more.

Sales Supervisor (30)

The second rank up from Sales Associate, unlocks the ability to host shifts at the homestore.

Assistant Manager (15)

The third rank up from Sales Associate, unlocks the ability to host minigame shifts at the homestore.

Homestore Manager - (10)

The fourth rank up from Sales Associate, unlocking the ability to help out the respective High Rank Team when required.

High Rank Team


Administrative Council - (10)

The Administrative Council is the first High Rank. Members of this team are part of both Staffing and Relations and receive relative training and experience for both departments. Administrative Council members often mentor lower ranks.

Board of Directors - (10)

The Board of Directors is the second High Rank. Members of this team have the option of specialising in one team (can pick between Relations and Staffing) or can continue working in both.

Operations Trustee - (4)

An Operations Trustee works internally within Department Operations and are Co-Leads of the Department. They manage Administrative Council members & Board of Directors members and ensure compliance is maintained within their respective duties. At this point, members of this team must specialise in one Department.

Chief Operations Officer - (2)

The Chief Operations Officer is the head of all Department Operations and is lead of their respective department. They manage the whole department and ensure operations are going smoothly.

Leadership Team


Presidential Committee - (2)

The Presidential Committee oversees both departments respectively, regardless of what rank they were previously as Chief Operations Officer. They ensure all operations are going smoothly and instruct the Department Operations Team of what to do. They also take part in other Leadership Responsibilities such as selecting Fashion Designers.

Corporate Division Criteria

Within the High Rank Team, there are two major departments which operate on a day to day basis. Listed below are our crucial departments.

Staffing Department


The Staffing Department handles all internal issues and any management-related concerns. They manage our MR team and assist with managing training sessions. Specifically, they: review applications, manage staff activity, and handle any promotions/demotions.

Relations Department


The Relations Department handles all external issues and any social media related concerns. They manage our public view and assist with the growth of snctrys. Specifically, they: handle alliances & affiliations, manage events and post on social media.


Externally to our Department system, we have two branches. These branches operate outside of our professional staff system.

Moderation Branch
The Moderation Branch is liable for moderating our server appropriately.

Designing Branch
The Designing Branch is liable for designing fashionable items for our homestore upon request.
