Greetings, training guide user! First and foremost, thank you for hosting a training session or reviewing this helpful guide as it’s very crucial for your career here at Sno. Throughout this training guide you’ll see the steps that you will need to complete during your training. Please follow these steps occourdingly to have a fast and smooth training session! Should you have any questions, please contact a Senior High ranking or follow the chain of command listed below.
- Chain of Command -
Trainee Supervisor > Supervisor > Head Supervisor > Head Snow Maker > Board of Directors > Associate President > Vice President > President > Associate Director > Assistant Director > Director
You should not be contacting any developers as they’re not associated to training sessions.
If an individual hasn’t replied in over an hour or 60 minutes, you may continue moving up the chain of command.
When starting a training it is your job to announce thirty (30) minutes prior to your session starting so this allows Trainees to prepare themselves. A brief message will be given below on how to announce your training session(s).
Once it hits the fifteen minute countdown, join the Sno Training Centre which can be found here and start setting up your Sno training. Firstly, set a setmessage. Then, begin assigning staff groups. You can do this by naming them Group (A, B, C, …) Finally, when you’re done setting up your training you may now announce that your training session is set-up and ready for trainees to begin joining.
Announcing a training in the Discord is fairly easy. In order to announce the training you’re to go to #⑅-trainings and run the command /training. Once you run the command an announcement will be made from the Sno Administration bot and you’re all set!
Announcing a training on ROBLOX is easy as well. In order to announce the training session you’re to go to the group page which can be found here. Once you’re on the group page you will then make a shout saying the following message:
| Have you ever wanted to become a Snow Maker? Well now is your chance! A Sno © Training session is being hosted by (USERNAME) at (TIME OF TRAINING SESSION). We suggest that you join at least 5-10 minutes therefore you can get a seat!
PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL IN THE BLANKS!
And just like that you’ve already set yourself up for success!
Now, you’re to join the training center fifteen (15) minutes PRIOR to your training beginning. This will allow you to join the game, set-up your training, and assign staff members. You can find the training center in the group experiences and here.
ROBLOX & DISCORD SHOUT:
| Who’s ready to start scoopin’ Ice Cream? You may now begin to join (USERNAME’s) training session! Our staff looks forward to seeing you! The Training Centre can be found with this link: Sno Training Centre - Roblox!
Please do not use these formats for any other groups outside of Sno.
