What is Snowfake Hotels?

Snowflake Hotels & Resorts is a group on the ROBLOX platform. Snowflake offers unique experiences for everyone and promises to be one of the best communities out there. This hotel prides itself in the numerous activities you can do within its hotel! Our facilities present everything necessary to ensure you have a unique and wonderful adventure at Snowflake Hotels!

Listed below are the guest and staff hotel rules. These rules are to be followed by all ranks at all of our facilities. Breaking these rules will result in a punishment such as a ban, pban or a kick from our games.

Guest Rules:

  • Exploiting or glitching will not be allowed at Snowflake and if we find you in anyway Exploiting or Glitching you will be Trello banned.

  • Raiding will not be allowed and if you are found raiding then you will be banned from the game and discord.

  • Rudeness towards anyone at the Hotel can leave you with a warning. As a Staff member, you will possibly be suspended or even demoted.

  • Swearing/Bypassing isn’t allowed at Snowflake and you will be Trello banned if you are caught swearing.

At Snowflake Guests get up to 2 warnings before being kicked. And if you are kicked twice you will be banned.

Staff Rules:

  • Any unprofessionalism will result in termination and a Trello ban.

  • Trolling as a Staff member is unacceptable and if you are found Trolling as a Staff member then you will be Trello banned and terminated from any position as a staff member.

  • Here at Snowflake, we have 0 Tolerance rules. If you are caught causing drama or may be included in drama then you will be suspended or terminated depending on the situation.

  • All ranks need to be active at the hotel and training center!

  • MR’s+ need grammar. LR’s are excused from grammar.

  • Refusing to work as a staff member will result in info a demotion.

  • Any sort of Admin Abuse can result in a suspension or even a demotion depending on the situation.

  • Trolling at allies will be a Trello ban and a termination from all Snowflake Hotels & Resorts communications.

Rank Donation Rules:

  • Re-ranking yourself after a demotion will result in a blacklist.

  • When buying a rank you automatically will have to follow the staff rules.

  • Just because you have brought a rank you can still be terminated at any time for any reason.

  • If you brought the shift manager rank you will have to host trainings often. Failing to do so will result in a demotion. Please remember you will need to be in our communications server to host.

  • There are no refunds!
