So i want to "Stretch" my rigs

So i want to try to make Dabi’s Obis from Demon Slayer.

I need a help with “Sretching” Obis, like showed in the gif(not that long ofc):

https://i.gyazo.com/b443d064d7610513aa54bb7bee4847c7.mp4

Pretty sure i saw somewhere that it is possible… Maybe with motor6d? or some blender plugin, any suggestion please.

P.S. I don’t need just swapping Obi with some part that i can strecth, no, i need to stretch it in animatable way, so if i play animation with script, it will actually stretch. Also without using TweenService, or other scripting methods.

Maybe if you dont make it bigger but smaller?

Like make the thing already as big as it should be (probably of multiple parts), and then if you make every second part overlap and move with the previous one, it becomes half the size? Idk just an idea

If i change the size in animation, it won’t get changed in animator(the thing that u use to play animations with script) ;/

I’m not talking about size, I’m talking about position. So the parts stay the same size, they just get closer to each other so it becomes smaller.

Something like this. The blue and red squares overlap each other, and the whole thing is smaller now
