Well, from what I understand, as this is a casino game, which is still risky, you roll the machine, and if you dont get a good result, you can reroll for a chance to get a better result. If the reroll cost robux it wont be allowed.

and each race gives u like 2 points in like 2 stats

If you want to make a gambling game you cant have any purchases with robux that will benefit the gameplay, or maybe no purchases at all.
For example, youre not allowed (to buy) anything that will increase your luck, as not everyone has robux.

As far as I know, you must reward players with something when it comes to luck-based systems if they pay with Robux. (You can’t use in-game currency that can be bought with Robux as a loophole)
If you do, it’s practically a glorified loot box and should be allowed. If not, it’s actual gambling and Roblox does not allow that.
Citing paragraph 8 from Roblox Community Standards:
Except where prohibited by local law or regulation, we allow the portrayal of gambling in experiences, no real money, Robux, or anything that can become real money or Robux, may be exchanged in these experiences. We also require that the odds of winning be fair and not skewed in the developer’s favor.
