Social links for group

Hello fellow developpers!

Today, i wanted to add a social link to my group game. But then when i tried to access it, the page was blank.

My account is 13+, verified and i am the owner of the group.
Anyone has a suggestion?

Did you do it through the Roblox create Dashboard?

no, i did follow the steps recommanded by roblox which are:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go the Group page
  3. Select the group in which you want to add the links
  4. Click the three dots menu on the right of the page and click Configure Group button
  5. Select the Social Links option and click on Add Link
  6. Enter the URL, select the media type, and enter the title

The problem is that the point 5 doesn’t exist on my page (since my page is blank, there is no add button)

i can load youtube videos, reload any website and developping on roblox studio. My problem has persisted all the day. As @UN102031112 suggested above, i will probably contact Roblox Customer Care
