Welcome to the official Soela Public Handbook. In this booklet, we have provided crucial information related to our player base on the Roblox platform. This handbook is broken down into four sections: Game Expectations, Rank Information, Frequently Asked Questions, and Affiliate Guide. If you any questions that pertain to one of the mentioned sections, and it is not answered here, please get in contact with a member of our Management Team.

Game Expectations

We expect all members, community and staff, to follow a certain set of rules while visiting our games. We do not tolerate rule breakers lightly, and our in-game moderators will assist if necessary. Just because a rule is not listed here doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use common sense. Any bans, permanent or temporary, will remain unless appealed via our Ban Appeal Center.

:t_shirt: Player Apparel

  • We are very lenient with the creativity of our members in their Roblox avatars, however, customizing your avatar with large 3D accessories, NSFW material, or clothing representing discrimination/raid groups will not be tolerated. You will receive one warning followed by a removal from the server.

:speech_balloon: Chat Loopholes

  • Although we love to see our members communicating with one another in-game, we do not tolerate chat bypassing, spamming, or the action of advertising/self-promoting your own game/group. Depending on the severity, you will receive a reminder to stop. Continuing will result in an immediate ban from the server.

:anger_symbol: Unnecessary Drama

  • We aim to provide a safe and drama-free game for our members. Bringing unnecessary drama or arguments into the game will not be tolerated. You will be warned to stop once and then removed from the server if continued.

:light_bulb: Common Sense

  • Whilst our expectations are generic and frequently known, other rules that are not listed here fall under the common sense category. Obstructing our rules in general lead to consequences. Keep in mind that we moderate anything that breaks the Roblox Community Standards and report it to Roblox immediately.
Rank Information

In total, Soela holds 20 ranks each with a different responsibility and description. If you have ever wondered what your rank is meant to do, this section will go over each rank with detailed descriptions. If you have a question on how to receive promotions, feel free to ask a member in-game or via our Group Wall.

:seedling: Sprout

  • First rank in the group, also known as the Customer rank. They are able to dine at our restaurant or begin the training process to become a Helper.

:lotus: Noted Member

  • These individuals are ranked for their contribution to the group, whether that is Executive+ duties, development tasks, or large investment aid.

:handshake: Affiliate Representative

  • These individuals are ranked for their relations with us. Affiliated groups of Soela provide us with representatives from their group, which then they are ranked for logging purposes.

:basket: Helper

  • All of our lower-ranked staff members are ranked between Seedling Helper to Evergreen Helper. They are responsible for serving customers, making foods and drinks, and cleaning up dirty spots. They work with a point system that aids them in ranking up.

:blossom: Floral Assistant

  • Floral Assistant is the first rank in our Management Team. They are responsible for supervising the game and accumulating in-game time to fulfill their activity requirements. They are the first level of contact when dealing with trollers.

:green_apple: Supervision Team

  • The Supervision Team has the same responsibilities as our Floral Assistants. They, however, do receive more administrative commands. They are now able to assist in situations regarding exploiters.

:brown_mushroom: Assistant Manager

  • Assistant Managers are responsible for hosting shifts at the restaurant whilst supervising as well. They have the same administrative privileges as our Supervision Team; however, hosting shifts is their main task.

:bell_pepper: General Manager

  • General Managers are the lead of our Management Team. They work closely with our Executive Team in completing department tasks for their aspirant duties. They focus on mentoring their mentees and assist in situations regarding raids.

:herb: Executive Assistant

  • The introductory rank for our Executive Team. Individuals that obtain this position are responsible for working in their respective departments. They complete tasks weekly to ensure all operations in their department are running smoothly.

:gear: Operations Officer

  • Executive Assistants who show true devotion toward their department and the group as a whole receive the promotion to Operations Officer. Operations Officers are in charge of co-leading the department they are part of. They are responsible for evaluating tasks and their completion, ensuring department operations are running smoothly.

:butterfly: Managing Director

  • Operations Officers who work extremely hard, showing true leadership skills, are promoted to the Managing Director position. Managing Directors are responsible for leading their departments: Public Relations or Staff Management. They ensure all department operations are running smoothly, along with communicating to their overseers about department topics.

:hammer_and_wrench: Development Team

  • Developers are the creators and imagineers of our game and all its correspondents. Whether they are part of our Engineering Branch or Artistry Branch, they help create what Soela is today on Roblox.

:owl: Presidential Secretary

  • Beginning the Leadership Team, Presidential Secretary members are responsible for assisting the group with Leadership needs. They are assistants to the Leadership Team and will assist where needed by the Leadership Team.

:evergreen_tree: Presidential Assistant

  • Presidential Assistants are responsible for overseeing one of our departments whilst managing operations of the group as a whole. They are in charge of large department planning such as week-long events and MR+ recruitment opportunities.

:sparkles: Vice President

  • Vice Presidents are responsible for managing the group and its development. They are in charge of all staff members and making the final say in topical Leadership discussions, aside from the President. They are in charge of operating the group if the President is on a leave of absence.

:crown: President

  • The President is the owner and manager of the group. They are in charge of focusing on development and distributing all the funds necessary. This rank is unobtainable.
Frequently Asked Questions

While our game may be self-explanatory, some questions still arise about common situations. In this section, the most commonly asked questions are answered here so you don’t have to ask! If your question is still unanswered, we strongly recommend getting into contact with a Management member.

:white_question_mark: How many items am I able to order?

  • The maximum amount of items you are able to order while dining is 4. That is one item per category. One drink, one bowl, one platter, and one dessert.

:red_question_mark: How do I work at Soela?

  • You can begin your journey as a Helper by first completing the quick application. This application is accessible via clicking the “Apply!” button in-game, on the right side of your screen. After passing the application, you will automatically go through a quick tutorial of the kitchen and your duties as a Helper. From there, you will be ranked immediately (rejoin if it doesn’t show in-game).

:white_question_mark: How do I obtain XP?

  • In order to receive XP, all you have to do is play the game! The more you play, the more XP you receive.

:red_question_mark: How do I become a Floral Assistant?

  • In order to become a Floral Assistant, there are a couple prerequisites that you must obtain before being considered. You must be an Evergreen Helper with at least 2 weeks of consistent activity in-game. We strongly recommend spending 30 minutes a day, working, in-game to be noticed by Staff Management.
Affiliate Guide

Soela is always open to partnering with other businesses on the Roblox platform. We want to help benefit in any way possible to make your group shine just like ours. If you are interested in affiliating with Soela, continue reading below for requirements and our application.

:pushpin: Requirements

  • Your group must obtain 5,000 members in your Roblox group
  • Your group must be business-related. We do not accept affiliations with war-related groups
  • Your group must obtain a Leadership Team
  • Your group must have some sort of game associated with it whether it be the main game, training center, etc.

:memo: Application
Please complete the following application in a document and then message a member of our Public Relations Department (contact information is provided in our Communications Server in the support channel).

  • Provide your group name and its necessary social links.
  • Describe your group to us. What makes you unique from others?
  • Explain the mutual benefits achieved through a partnership and the steps that can be taken to accomplish this.
  • Provide 2-3 representatives from your group including both their Roblox and Discord usernames
