Interview Guide
All the information below will contain how you start an interview session.
#1: Use the command, sr!interviewsession
in session announcements. This will ping everybody with the sessions role and give information about the interview. And do $shout [INTERVIEW] There is currently a interview session being held by [USERNAME], please join via the games tab!
in staff bot commands.
#2: Join the game, say !1
and wait 15 minutes for people to join.
#3: Once at least 3 people have joined, not including co-hosts, say !open
, !2
and !slock
. Then write a greeting with the format, make sure to wait until the last message disappears before writing another one.

#9: Are you willing to put time and effort into this position?
#10: Do you understand that you may have to attend a training to receive your rank?
#5: If they succeed, PM them their results, if they fail, PM them their results you can do this via the format below.
!pm [USERNAME] Congratulations! You have passed your interview! You may have to attend a training to receive your rank, please sit on one of the chairs outside.
!pm [USERNAME] Unfortunately you have failed your interview, don't fret, you can always attend another interview or apply in our communications! You will be kicked shortly.
#6: Now you announce everyone’s results via the format.
!m Everybody who has passed will be ranked shortly, if you are not ranked, that means you have to attend a training to receive your rank!
#7: Now you have to walk out into the spawn area and either do !bring all
or tell everybody to follow you. Then you do !close
to close the door into the rooms.

in the chat and announce that they have concluded by using the format below.

#9: Now either have the highest rank in the server do !kick all
or just leave the server.
Training Guide
CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT, EVERYTHING BELOW IS OUTDATED
All training sessions must be shouted on both the group page and the #event-announcements channel on Discord at least a few hours prior to the start of the session. Reminders can then be posted once the scheduled training is near to be starting. Feel free to post about 2 reminders, then one official last reminder to attend about 15 minutes prior.
- All hosts must arrive no later than 20 minutes before the start of the session. If you plan a session and do not show up you will be docked for not attending that session.
- The host should ensure that the Trainees are seated.
- All sessions must be locked once the session start time is reached. To lock the server simply do: “!slock on” ,to unlock the server you do: “!slock off”.
- No one will be allowed to train late, if a Vice President+ instructs you otherwise then it is okay.
- To hide admin commands simply do the following: Hit the key and a black box will appear on the top screen you can then input admin commands hidden from the chat menu.
Session Start:
- Once your session start time is reached, please start the session by locking the server immediately.
- Make an announcement using the “!m” command and welcome everyone to your session and include the time of the session in the announcement as well. Example: Welcome to the 2:00 PM Session, I am your Host: “Host Username”.
- Trainees should be seated.
- Make a general announcement about remaining active within the group, use of grammar & professionalism, and to join the Discord if they have not already. (LR’S are not mandated to join the Discord but are advised.)
- All hosts are welcome to add in any important information they feel trainees should know before starting the session.
- Make sure that there is an adequate amount of staff that will be assisting and training at the session.
- Start giving out assignments to the staff on who will be training and who will be helping. Inform everyone that the handbook must be followed and used at all times.
- Get all trainees to do a simple safe chat test by asking them all to say ‘C7RN’. Those who do not say ‘C7RN’ should be removed from the server & those who’s message appears as tags.
Important Information that must be said by the host:
- Discuss the 3 warning system used. 3 warnings and then a kick.
- If someone is trolling they should be reported right away to a Medium Rank.
Role Information
- 1 | Resort Guest - These are people that are not yet ranked and must be treat as guests.
- HG | Honored Member - Honoured members are people that are recognized in the community as someone of importance.
- 2 | Awaiting Training - these are people that have either passed the interview or application and can begin work after training.
[LR] Low Rank
- 3 | Barista - People who work in our bar and serve our guests with food and drink.
- 4 | Receptionist - those who work at our reception desk and serve our guests with rooms and any information they ask for.
- 5 | Security - those who must protect the resort from any rulebreakers.
- 6 | Housekeeping - those tasked with keeping the hotel in a functioning condition by cleaning and maintaining order.
[MR] Middle Rank
- 7 | Head of Barista - those who keep an eye over all Barista employees and do the Barista role as well.
- 8 | Head of Receptionist - those who keep an eye over all Receptionist employees and do the Receptionist role as well.
- 9 | Head of Security - those who keep an eye over all Security employees and do the Security role as well.
- 10 | Head of Housekeeping - those who keep an eye over all Housekeeping employees and do the Housekeeping role as well.
- 11 | Head of Services - overlook the entire LR and MR team and make sure everything is running smoothly.
[HR] High Rank
- 12 | Trial Management - these people will be on a one-week trial (subject to change) in order to see if they’re fit for the Management team.
- 13 | Management - these people overlook the hotel and can request to host sessions.
- 14 | Senior Management - have the authority to host sessions at the request and overlook the HR team and report them to SHR if any issues occur.
[SHR] Senior High Rank
- 15 | Board of Directors - overlook the hotel and manage all game affairs.
- 16 | Shift Manager - overlook the hotel and manage all game affairs.
- 17 | General Manager - overlooks the hotel and staff team and manage all game affairs.
- 18 | Vice-President - assistant to the President.
- 19 | President - manages everything under the Leadership Team’s permission.

Department Information
Each MR+ gets to choose a department, below will be all the information. MR gets to choose 1 department, HR gets to choose 2 departments, SHR gets to choose 3 departments.
Departments
- Leadership Department - REQUIRED VICE PRESIDENT+ - This department is the highest department you can go to, this group approves all the lower department’s suggestions and requests.
- Corporate Department - REQUIRED FOR SHR+ - Corporate is responsible for managing all staff, this includes managing the staffing department. Corporate has to be active unless an inactivity notice sent to the Leadership Department.
- Development Department - DEVELOPERS AND SHR+ - This team accepts requests from the Marketing Department and are developers for the game. This is another very important department.
- Management Department - REQUIRED FOR HR+ - Management manages problems and in-game exploiters and problems.
- Moderation Department - OPTIONAL FOR MR+ - This is another very important department, this is the department that moderates the in-game chat when there is sessions, moderates the group shout to make sure there is no unnecessary group shouts, no inappropriate group wall post and most importantly moderates our discord server. This department will require taking an application to go from Trial Moderator to Moderator.
- Public Relations Department - This is the department that represents our group, Public Relations get more affiliates and work with the Entertainment Department to create game nights, etc with our affiliates.
- Staffing Department - This department manages inactivity, promotions, demotions, etc. This is one of the most important departments.
- Marketing Department - Marketing manages group revenue, game updates, and gamepasses to improve revenue. This team is the lower department for the Development Department.
- Entertainment Department - This department works with Marketing and Development to make Solanas entertaining and fun! This group works with the Public Relations Department to schedule affiliate visits and affiliate game nights.
- Support Department - This department helps out anyone who needs support, if they have any questions they cannot answer, they will DM a Corporate member. If you are in this department, you must have your DMs open.
- Social Media Department - This department manages our Twitter, Instagram, and all of our other social media. This is an important department, this improves our publicity in the Roblox community.

Staff Code of Conduct
These rules are in place to ensure the Solanas Company runs efficiently: yourself, the customers and the reputation of our company. We strictly advise you to follow these, otherwise, your career will be terminated immediately, depending on which rule you do not follow.

All staff are to maintain professionalism and mature towards other employees & to the guests of Solanas, regardless of who is your friend.

Treat all staff & guests with your utmost respect. Do not attempt to argue with anyone.

We understand on ROBLOX you can wear whatever you desire, but we ask that your attire is professional.

You must remain active throughout the duration of events such as Resort openings. If you are deemed inactive by the High Ranks, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against you.

You can discuss religion, face & politics in an appropriate manner.

You are not allowed to leave your assigned station or go to another station without permission. Always be observant to your work station.

Handle guests complaints professionally and efficiently even if it is not your fault.

Always be attentive of the people in the Resort, if you see anybody trolling do not allow them to keep going.

Treat all guests equally.
Alliance Requirements

Must have 100+ server members.

Must have 250+ group members.

Must have an active server and active staff.

Must be willing to post Solanas Resort announcements on your server. (Or give allied representatives access to speak there.)

Must have a good reputation within the Roblox community.

Must not have a history of free ranking, scamming, racism etc.
NOTE: The head(s) of the public relations department can let your group avoid one of the requirements if its a very active group.
