Here at Solasta Hotels, we are implementing a new process to obtain jobs! Each person interested will attend an interview and apply for a job. If they pass, they will be ranked to trainee. Once they are a trainee and they have read the procedures and guidelines for the position they wish to obtain, they will be ready to attend a training… Attend a training session and if you pass, you will be ranked and have an official job! If you wish to change your job, just read the handbook for the job you want to switch over to and take the exam for that position!
