Sold 6 developer products from games however I received no robux from them

I recently sold 6 developer products to a friend totaling around 3.5k robux, however I have not received any of the products. The game analytics shows no profit made during the time he purchased and the group that owns the game shows no sale or pending robux from the game at all. Anyone know why this could be, and if it is possible to get the robux back? The only difference is I had removed the developer product thumbnails prior to the purchase (about 30 mins before), and he pulled the 3k robux from a group just before purchase (so roblox could possibly think something fishy is going on? no idea)

Note: the 140 robux is from a previous sale. I have no log of the robux in my personal account either

Just tried purchasing a pack from my account and same issue. No log from the sale or robux pending in the group or account from sale despite purchasing it

you will have to wait a few days for it to show in your account / group

It takes a while for the purchase to be received. Just wait.

  • Robux earned from Experience Pass sales are held in pending status being released for you to use. This pending status is called escrow. When this holding period is over, the Robux will appear in your Robux total. You can check your Pending Robux by viewing My Transactions.

Yes, but it should still show in pending robux, correct? A sale from about 2 hours earlier (the 140 robux) showed up immediately in pending robux and game overview but these last 6 sales have not, even almost an hour after the first sales. I may be wrong but I just wanted to emphasize this

try to wait a day or two not just hours, it should show after some time.

are you sure your friend bought the dev product?

Alright, ill try waiting. I double checked and bought the same developer product from the game and there was not log or pending Roblox from the sale despite the sale saying it went through and the robux being removed from my account.

Note: I checked my transactions page on my roblox account and it shows no log of the sale. The robux were removed from my account though

Purchases will instantly show up in pending Robux, there is no wait time. @Maybe_SomeDev @Amritss

@CollectingBands if your friend actually has purchased the correct passes and didn’t just like lie to you or something then your only chance would be Roblox Support, here we can’t really help with robux disappearing.

Are you sure the gamepass isn’t attached to your profile or another group?

Alright thanks, will do. I tested with purchasing a product from the same game on my account and it did not show the purchase either.
