Solely owning offsale decals partially breaks Inventory's Decal page

When a user owns decals that are solely offsale, the “Decal” tab of their Inventory page breaks and instead loads the previous page selected, or just shows that there are no decals in the Player’s inventory when other users attempt to view their inventory.

Only if the user has a decal that has been placed onsale on the Creator Marketplace, the Decal tab of the inventory page will actually load properly.

This should occur on any account that has ONLY offsale decals. But you can just visit my alt’s inventory and attempt to access the “Decal” tab to visualise the bug (there are only offsale decals owned by the account).
