There are 4 pictures. One of them shows I am subscribed to premium. One of them shows I received 20 points for purchasing premium. One of them shows the two boosts I have enabled. One of them shows you earn 70 points for purchasing $10 of Robux.
This scam bug occurs by the purchase system trying to misguide people into believing google play and Roblox are separate from each other. This is not the case. You earn 20 points from “Google Play” by purchasing $10 premium. You earn 70 points from “Roblox” by purchasing $10 Robux. The two are no different from each other. Both purchases are made through Google Play AND Roblox. They are not separate from each other whatsoever. Both are made with Google Play as the payment method AND Roblox as the application that was installed from Google Play. You should receive 140 points for premium as well as 140 points for the $10 of Robux. 280 points total. You earn 2 points per $1 with Google Play AND 7 points per $1 with Roblox. This is a very bad scam and Roblox needs to get into contact with Google Play ASAP about this bug. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if this does not get resolved and I am not compensated for the points I was supposed to receive.
im confused here. is this a roblox or google play bug? maybe put this on the google support forums aswell. im having trouble figuring out where this belongs. anyways. my recommendation is on the google support forums or ask for a refund of these points.
I finally got into contact with google support since nobody replied to my google support forum post and they are escalating it to their authorities so hopefully it gets resolved soon. I will mark this as solved because they are actively working on it. I will get back to everyone here with the latest on this issue.
I was replied to a few times by google play support and they are still working on resolving this issue. Considering how expensive it is to receive google play points because the boosts are individual, I would have to say that the google play points based Roblox items are going to be extremely rare. If you guys want to make an investment in them it’s honestly worth it but just do be mindful that if future items are released, these will still be superior because these ones are some of the first google play points items to ever have been released on Roblox and honestly I think they are probably the only ones worth buying since they each have special effects. We have seen certain Roblox toy code items with special effects that are now considered extremely rare and valuable. So it is definitely worth it if you enjoy collecting rare Roblox items. This is how it ended. With me outsmarting the entire google play support team and we finally see just how corrupted and terrible their support really is. With that said, the most you can earn from the boosters is 7x points and it will only apply to robux purchases unless you get really lucky and it mysteriously decides to boost your subscription purchases with the 7x boost.
