Describe the bug. Describe what is happening when the bug occurs. Describe what you would normally expect to occur.
The group wall writing box is gone.
How often does the bug happen (Everytime/sometimes/rarely)? What are the steps that reproduce the bug? Please list them in very high detail. Provide simple example places that exhibit the bug and provide description of what you believe should be the behavior.
Every time i go to a group, even if i know it has permission to post.
Where does the bug happen (www, gametest, etc) Is it level-specific? Is it game specific? Please post a link to the place that exhibits the issue.
If you set your “Who can chat with me in app?” privacy setting to no one, it won’t let you post on group walls. (certainly a bit confusing since group walls don’t seem like a “chat,” per se)
Yeah. I posted about this years ago. Basically they want the setting to be for parents: a single setting to prevent their kids from chatting or otherwise communicating at all.
In my opinion, there should be separate settings for each of the communication methods on the Roblox platform. For example:
Chat in-game with everyone, friends, or no one
Chat within groups with everyone, friends, or no one
Chat within “Chat & Party” with everyone, friends, or no one
It’s annoying how I want to communicate in groups and in-game, but don’t want any spamming chat&party messages. I wish we had more control/freedom over where we want to be contacted and where we don’t. (this could be super helpful for parents too)
