Have you tried Windows > Settings > Accounts > Other Users, create a new account in your desktop, set up that account, open the account, and reinstall studio there and see if it fixes the issue?
If not, then try reformatting your computer in worst case scenario
(Iβm not really experienced with this, but I hope it fixes your issue!)

im actually dumb because i just needed to reset studio settings xD

Making another Window account will lose everthing and you need to move from your account
only in the new account, but the your original account wonβt be affected nor deleted
