[SOLVED] Roblox bone rotates wrong parts of mesh

i have a skinned mesh but one of the bones rotates the wrong part of my model even though its not weight-painted on in blender.

i had to paint parts of the parts of the mesh that moved on another bone so it didnt move them any more
