Iām a bit confused. Does this new developer have owner permissions when editing the game? If not, are you not just able to remove them and just undo whatever changes they did?

Yeah, the only way to do it seems to be through Roblox support, and we all know how difficult they can be to work with. I guess just keep trying to contact them, making it clear that it is an incorrect restriction label.
