[solved]Can't unblock anyone

so i’m trying to unblock this guy but it doesn’t let me. i’ve tried unblocking him from settings and from his profile.

that gave me an error which doesn’t make sense and from the settings page it gives nothing.

Do you have an account PIN set? Unblocking users isn’t currently possible while you have an account PIN, this can be changed here: Log in to Roblox
