Some doubts about the use of audios

Despite knowing all the properties of the audios (I think) I still have the following doubts:

  1. I found this audio anonymous and I think it has a bad word at the beginning but I didn’t really understand if it is or not, can someone say if it is (I can’t understand it at all)? → Sunset Overdrive- Gazoline (Better Quality) - Roblox

  2. I have seen audios posted by anonymous users that are equivalent to audios from other games outside of this site however it is unlikely that they have asked for authorization for these audios which means that they are on the site in an illegal way, if I put such an audio in my places can I take a ban?

I know these questions may be stupid but I would like to know the answer to both.

When in doubt, even if an asset manages to pass the filter that you think shouldn’t have, just follow the Roblox ToS yourself. Therefore:

  • if you think a song has offensive language, don’t use it to be on the safe side
  • if you think a sound is copyright material, don’t use it to be on the safe side
