Some Elements Not Bolded Across Light & Dark Themes

Since the DevForum maintenance occurred a couple days ago, certain site elements are no longer bolded, and this visually appears to be a bug. As seen below, tagging a person as well as the administrative post actions no longer display in bolded text.

@Danielhotealle should be bolded

I thought this was an update. It looks worse though when it’s not bolded.
