Some in-game menu options related to translation don't load when first joining a game

Hello,

I’ve noticed that when you enter a game and instantly press the Roblox menu button after it shows up and go to the “settings” tab, some of the menu options related to Translation features such as “Experience Language”, “Automatic Chat Translation”, “Option to View Untranslated Message” and, “Chat Translation Language” don’t show up and only load a few seconds later, it could even take up to more than 5 seconds to load. You don’t have to necessarily instantly open the Roblox menu button and switch to the “settings” tab to reproduce this, sometimes it happens even after you wait a bit.

Edit:- I was able to reproduce this on PC over two times, editing the Bug Report title and description. It seems that this doesn’t only affect Mobile but also PC.
