When you’re navigating through the options under experiences, other options pop in and out as well as the main navigation side bar changing. “Outdated” could be not necessarily correct, but seems likely.

We are having a bit of a hard time reproducing. Is the issue still happening and readily reproducible?

It’s still occurring and readily reproducible. It could be experience-specific, if possible you can check/compare these two links:
In the first link, the ‘Events’ option under Engagement is not visible, and the left main menu options change. I also verified that none of my installed extensions are causing this behavior.
This only occurs on group-owned experiences. The Events button stay and everything is fine if it’s a user-owned experience.
I’ve sent a HAR file to the bug-files group.

A fix for this has been released today.
Some of the pages were using the user context even experience specific groups.
