Uh, I think I already have this (some sort of bug or something) for like a while now. Some of the properties of a part isn’t showing. Every parts actually, all I can see only is the change color properties and materials. But, not the CanCollide, CanTouch, etc.
Open the behavior tab in properties by clicking on the > arrow.
