Somebody I know loosely (noobs1525) recently had their account terminated under the impression of “Ban evasion on another account,” or something along those lines. The weird part is he is not terminated and the account noobs1525 is his main. I can provide more details in the following discussion board but his appeal was met with an obviously auto-generated response and zero proper assistance.

The exact ban note was “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account”

like or repost. the roblox staff browse the forums and ideally he can get actual human help rather than an AI response

Unfortunately any accounts that are banned for “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account” are basically Impossible to appeal. This is Roblox way to combat against bad actors. (Yes its terrible and can ban innocent players but its here to stay)
These bans are dependent on Internet IP address. So if the main account is not banned, DO NOT log in on that specific internet the other account was banned. All accounts will be banned on that internet if the original banned account was on that internet.
Overall though, these bans are basically impossible to recover any accounts from and there nothing you can do about it.

of course it is, this platform really is just disappointment after disappointment. hopefully he’ll get lucky enough to be genuinely heard out because he hasnt done anything or been banned prior

Yeah there might be a chance but its not guaranteed that the account will be recovered. I’m sorry for your friend’s termination
