Something weird is happening when i negate a part from a cylinder?

when I negate a cylinder from a cylinder it leaves weird marks on the left over cylinder, is there anyway to fix this?

Idk it just looks like normal Roblox to me…

If you need the part to be transparent (this doesnt happen with opaque parts) then import a mesh

My guess is (as always) the hit box on the union is messed up so it messes up true lighting and it makes the tube look weird, best thing is just use Archimedes plugin then make a giant tube, then union that. It should work just perfectly. Or try to turn on and off cast shadow.
