Incognito mode did not work. I’ve had this issue since yesterday.
Maybe try using another browser? Unsure if that’ll solve it, but best to give it a try.

I contacted support this morning. I made this post hoping someone would know the solution to the problem.
I guess I’ll wait for a response from support, thank you guys for the help anyway.
Hi! I’m replying to let you know you’re not alone! I have this issue too. I am unable to Dev Ex. It tells me “Something went wrong!”. I am hoping this is only temporary.
This is happening to me as well! My request was also rejected (for being non-eligible, which is strange seeing as nothing has changed between my last payments) which is a bit concerning to me!
Update: My DevEx just went through. I think it’s fixed now.
Mine has went through as well! Seems like the service was out yesterday.
