Sometimes loading a "Character Creation"/outfit doesn't update the skintones of your roblox avatar

I have characters with a light purple skintone and characters with a light “human” skintone. When i switch from avatar with a human skintone with a human skintone to one with a light purple one, instead it’ll load the avatar but keep the skintone of the previously equipped avatar.

This can be dealt with workarounds by switching to another avatar with the desired skintone and then switching back to the avatar you actually want to wear.

I have this issue too, It doesn’t have to do with the recent glitch, as i had it way before.
However, eventually it works after clicking the outfit multiple times.

Very old issue that still exists (for some odd reason), I think quite a few people reported it but nothing has been done about it yet.
