Sound objects need InverseTapered when inserted from a Toolbox

Roblox recently made the great change of newly inserted sound objects being set to InverseTapered as the default rolloff. For more information and why this is important, check this recently solved and locked thread here: Sound objects should be InverseTapered by default
Unfortunately the Toolbox didn’t get the same treatment.

  2. Note the default rolloff mode being Inverse instead of InverseTapered:

I’m proposing that all Toolbox inserted sounds are given InverseTapered as the standard rolloff mode. This will make future games on Roblox sound better and save developers from remembering to change this setting when inserting sounds from the Toolbox.
