I made a spaceship in Blender, a bit rough and has minor perfections that still need a lot of feedback.
I need some feedback for the project, the whole thing is Untextured right now, will be soon.

It does look great, and it should be 100% functional, and if you aren’t going for a realistic spaceship it’s great, I would only say that there are a lot of seemingly useless parts, you should either remove them or give them a purpose, or leave them there
No rigs yet lol, just finished the models, but I made the models in different segments so it should be easy to apply rigs or texture or bump maps on the ship. Anyway, are there ways that I can improve the model? by any means? Don’t be afraid to give negative comments.
I would say not really, unless you’re going for a kind of realistic look, in which I could give some advice…
Yes! This model looks good. I like the style of it, nice job on this!
Thats just what I planned, realistic texture.
There is a lot of complex shaping that obscures key features, like cockpit, docking capabilities, onboarding areas, etc. This can be remedied by taking the design and where you want particular things like engines and ports, and making these prominent before greebling. (adding details)
The greebling is godly in some places but the overall form suffers from the varied shapes involved. I recommend looking at how Starsector developers design their ship models, granted they’re 2d, but the processes can apply at least to the conceptual stage of design, and it’s genuinely helpful advice that’s led me to personally improve on my 3d sci-fi ship designs.
These four posts specifically.
I definitely think it has promise, and might be stylistically great in some cases, but I do think the blog posts provided will help you hone your craft! (Haha, punny.)
