Spawning creates ghost bricks, but only sometimes, and for random players it happens more.
Except that whatever update was just released exacerbated the problem. A player in my own game reported seeing “yellow triangles” flickering on their screen and was too fast to screenshot.
Cut to me 20 minutes later testing something in a friend’s game, and I catch these screenshots. These random bricks are local ghosts and flicker and move depending on your position, the time, and your camera angle. And they follow your arm cframe like they’re welded on there somehow.
Fun fact: I had this problem in my Hollow Mansion game… 2 years ago. People had local doors and parts welded to their arms. I got rid of the “weld surface” texture on the doors and coincidentally haven’t had problems since, so maybe it’s the weld surface being the poltergeist?

Also I’m not sure if this is related to the ghost brick bug, but some players that were already in my other game when you join it, are stuck in the air near the spawn (not always on the spawn like in the next picture, but like they walked 30 studs and got welded THERE too.)
This is NOT the common spawn-anchor glitch related to lagging players and games (another bug someone has probably reported, and I’m sure sorcus already knows about since the easter hunt). This is completely local, meaning, if anyone else were to walk back over the spawn, I could jump on this “frozen/ghosted” player and appear to the other players as floating:
