I am currently creating an obby-type game in order to practice and test my skills as a developer (super original wow!)
However when resetting the player character, they appear in another spawn location for a split second before moving back to the original.
At first, I didn’t care about this since I suspected it was the way Roblox spawning works, but the more I tried and tested, if they spawn on the stage directly after the one they are on it would change their stage to said stage and not the one they were originally.
Hmm, it must be because your checkpoint might be a spawn-related object. Try making the Checkpoints
mesh/part and see how it works or it could be something with the scripting problem you have there.
