SpecialMeshes disappearing, not rendering correctly

Starting very recently, SpecialMeshes started to vanish when at the very edges of your screen on both the client and studio. This seems to occur 100% of the time and is screwing with my foliage. Additionally, inverted head meshes no longer seem to render correctly now. This bug is ruining my weather effects, as the inverted head mesh was the perfect for simulating overcast in conjunction with fog.
