Speech to text (voice recognition)

I’ve seen someone make “speech to text” with voice chat here.
Roblox did announce it for it to be in early 2025 too

Did I miss the update or the video is just staged and the update wasn’t a thing yet?

This to my knowledge is not possible yet and also Violated Roblox’s TOS.
I have seen someone else make a Speech to Text with a chrome extension but that also violated Roblox’s TOS as well and they only did it for educational purposes.
