Rank 4 - Housekeeping

As a Housekeeping team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. You will be provided with a broom, vacuum and trolley to help you with this task. To access these tools, simply go to the staff area of the hotel and click on them. To clean, hold out the tool and pretend to clean the floors. If a guest requests for their room to be cleaned, go to their room and make sure to:

  • Flush the toilets
  • Open shower doors
  • Turn off any water that may be left on
  • Check the room for any other needs (e.g. fresh linens, more towels) Additionally, you can provide information about the hotel to guests who may have questions.

Rank 5 - Bar Staff

As a Bar Staff, you will be responsible for serving food and drinks to guests. Our menu includes milkshakes, nachos, and churros. To prepare these items, add one ingredient at a time. Once the food is ready, use the Hand-To tool to serve it to the guests. Be sure to follow all health and safety regulations, and handle food and drinks in a sanitary manner. Be friendly and professional when interacting with guests, and be able to answer any questions they may have about menu items or drinks.

Rank 6 - Security

As a security team member, you will be responsible for patrolling the hotel and ensuring the safety and well-being of guests. Your main duties include:

  • Keeping an eye out for disruptions
  • Protecting the hotel from rioting and haters
  • Responding to security incidents in a professional and effective manner The main rules of the security team are:
  • Patience
  • Always act professional
  • Three-strike system
  • Not to abuse the handcuff and segway

Rank 7 - Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for checking guests in and assigning them rooms. To assign a room to a guest, say “book [guest name] room [room number].” To assign a suite, say “book [guest name] suite [suite number].” To take a room away, say “unbook [guest name] room [room number].” The hotel has a self-check-in system for guests with the appropriate game pass, but be prepared to assist guests with the check-in process if needed. Additionally, there are four standard rooms and one suite per floor, as well as separate elevators for standard rooms and suites. Be friendly, professional, and able to answer any questions guests may have about the hotel or their stay.
