Sponsor Tooltip Layers over a lot of UI

The tooltip seen when hovering over the ? icon on a mobile device layers over a ton of UI, even if the sponsored category or ? icon is not visible anymore.

Recorded on an iPhone 11 with IOS 18.1.1. Problem persists on the home page (Log in to Roblox).

Expected behavior

The tooltip for sponsoring should not layer over certain UI elements such as an experience detail page, the bar at the bottom of the homepage, and a few other elements.

Thanks for the report!

  1. Is the account you’re seeing this issue on the same as the one you used to file the report?
  2. Does the same issue occur on the Charts tab tooltips?
  3. [if you can find out] Does the same issue occur for other accounts on your device, or the same account on a different device?

I can’t repro this on my account - interestingly, your tooltip is behaving like the Desktop tooltip and not the Mobile one :thinking:

In your provided screenshot, that happens to me sometimes as well. The tooltip seen in my video happens 100% of the time when doing a hold press where the ? icon would be while looking at experience details.

  1. Yes this is the same account.
  2. I had no idea the charts tab had tooltips as I don’t check it often, I just tried it and the same issue occurs for those tooltips as well.
  3. Seems to be a mobile only bug (more specifically for phones), I tried on an iPad with the mobile app and on a desktop computer with the desktop beta app and with the way experiences are displayed when clicked, the bug does not occur on these versions.

Ok tysm! No worries as this isn’t a big bug, I’ve only accidently ran into it twice now over the last couple of weeks which is why I reported it.
