Sponsored ads blocked - Game 4 months old & sponsored ads done before

Reproduction Steps
When trying to create a Sponsored Ad for our game we receive this error message:

“Your experience is currently not eligible for advertising. If you are attempting to advertise a new experience, please note it may take up to five days for your experience to clear quality checks.”

This is experience was launched in September 2021 and we created Sponsored ad without any issues between September and December 16. We’re not sure to understand why this was blocked.

Expected Behavior
The creation of the Sponsored ad should go through and go live.

This issue has been seen several times (I suggest reading through the following thread):

At this point, I suggest not using sponsors. They are broken, don’t bring in the numbers you are usually looking for, and from my experience, a waste of robux.
