Sponsored Ads does not deliver to an audience

Summary:
In the past few days I have created 3 sponsored ad campaigns and none of them seem to be delivering the ad to audiences.

Sponsored experience:

Campaign ID that ended with 2$ ad spent:

  • Campaign ID: dafeb5bd-098c-4b82-94cf-38a692c75787
(Lifetime setting selected, it said delivery would be 50M+ audience)

Campaign ID that are currently running and also not delivering and has low spending. I used different settings as a test run.

  • Campaign ID: 8978f2d2-bf0c-4cff-89b0-d3e14abb1af5 (0.80 USD spent so far)
  • Campaign ID: eed1df32-9552-48f9-8657-d46a6122e0ba (0.85 USD spent so far)

Expected behavior

I expected the sponsored ads to be fully spent before the campaign ended.

Ads Manager uses an auction system that means your ad is potentially competing with other ads for the same impressions. Some things that can impact the delivery of your ads are your maximum bid and targeting selection. Since Ads Manager uses an auction system, choosing too low of a bid may result in your ad not getting high rank in the auction or not winning the auction, as ads with higher bids will get prioritized delivery and placement. Selecting a smaller target audience may also make getting delivery harder. You can raise your maximum bid and broaden your targeting to help drive more delivery.

Thank you! I didn’t realize the issue was the lower bid. (I bid 0.01 which is the lowest)
