It looks good as far as building goes, but there’s not really much there. I would consider adding more things, such as maybe a fountain in the middle, some benches, etc.
Also, the buildings in the background look a little bland. Consider adding more to them than just stripes.

I like this, the problem is, the terrain is bland the ground doesn’t have much detail, Try to create your own grass patches or bushes and place then in certain parts of the map.
