SpotLight Shining Brighter Pointed in One Direction

I have two spot lights pointed at each other. The one on the left is visibly brighter than the one on the left even though they’re the exact same light copy and pasted and rotated.

Here is some pictures.

This is the two lights pointed towards each other.

Same scene but the right side light is pointed downward, shining much brighter than it did in the first image.

Possibly this is something to do with the lighting settings or the position the moon/sun is relative to my build? Would like a solution, thanks.

did you rotate the light? or the part that the light is attached to?

Found the reason, the Colourmap of the texture was used for the Normalmap of the texture causing the lights to break when trying to reflect off the part.
