which happens most commonly after it falls. The wheels follow the standard setup, CylinderConstraint for rotation force and SpringConstaint for suspension. I’ve attached the model below for anyone who’s experienced with constrains to take a look at and tell me what I’m doing wrong.
attempting to find a specific problem is hard with the provided model, as when attempting to see if the wheel will present itself in playtest, the model’s wheels get lodged into it. I see you have CollisionConstraints present but I believe you’ve missed a few parts that are causing collision issues.

Springs connected to PrismaticConstraints can cause this with suspension.
Select LimitsEnabled to keep them in line and from over-travelling their limits.
