This handbook will help you not to get demote or suspended.ä
Ranks:
If you want to be accepted into Spinklez Cafe please attend the application center and if you have 70% + you will be automatically promoted!
If you need help, ask our MR + (Staff Assistant +)
Please do not break the rules in the Sprinklez Rules and do not abuse your powers otherwise you will be suspended.
If you want to be MR +, you have to be active in Sprinlez Cafe and then the Staff Management Team can handpick you!
Promotions:
If you want to be a Junior Barista you have to visit the Application first to get promoted on the Trainee.
If you want to be MR + you have to be a Head Barista and you have to be handpicked by Staff Mamagement Team+
If you break the rules, you can worsen your chances of promoting.
When you are very active you can be handpicked!
Please do not ask to promote or rank higher!
Application:
If you want to become a Trainee then you have to go through the Application Center in the Application Center are currently also open MR / HR applications.
Group Shouts
If you use Group Shout unnecessarily or use inappropriate words on Group Shouts, you will be suspended.
Please use Group shout only when necessary (Training, Shift)
If you see something inappropriate on Group Shouts please take a picture and send it to MR / HR or SHR.
- when you see something suitable on the shout, first take a picture and then delete it.
Abusing
Trolling
Please do not abuse otherwise you will be demoted / suspended or banned.
If you troll you will get max 3 warnings if you Junior Barista + will troll he will get 1 warning.
Caps lock abuse
Caps lock abuse is not allowed in Sprinklez Cafe so please follow the rule and do not use caps lock!
Caps lock Abuse warning is only given when your message is 70% + caps locked.
Rude
It is not allowed to be red at Sprinklez Cafe!
Please don’t be rude to others or you will get a warning.
If you are rude on HR + without one warning you will get a kick.
Major Abuse
Please do not break the “Major Abuse” rule!!!
If you break the rule of Major Abuse, you will get a kick without warning.
Major abuses include:
Major spamming - Exploiting, bypassing the chat filter, admin abuse, inappropriate attire/username and major glitching.
Admin Abuse - Abuse for Moderator+ (Bringing random people, kicking and banning random people.)
Exploiting (hacking) - Players using hacks such as flying, speed and just anything that guests normally couldn’t do.
Chat exploits - You would see a player copying other people’s chat almost instantly after it was sent.
Bypassing the chat filter - if you see them saying words that ROBLOX would usually convert into hashtags.
If a player’s clothing contains swearing or anything inappropriate, ask them to change.
You may report them with inappropriate attire AFTER you have asked them to change and ONLY if they refuse to do so.
You must also get proof of them refusing to change their clothes and report it to an MR/HR or on Discord.
If you encounter a player with an inappropriate/offensive username, you may report IMMEDIATELY.
Inappropriate usernames can contain swearing or highly inappropriate words, so basically bypassing but in their username.
Offensive usernames could be things such as IHATESPRINKLEZ or they could target certain players.
Discrimination: This could be anyone who is discriminating against races, ethnicity, religion, etc.
Glitchers are those who make their way into staff areas (or sometimes the fish tank) using the briefcase.
Be careful that you do not confuse these for exploiters.
You may ONLY report these players if they are MAJOR glitching, which means they are repeatedly glitching (lll+ times).
You may report regular trollers after they have received lll warnings from yourself or another staff member.
[THE WARNING SYSTEM]:
Once a troller has reached III warnings, you may cuff them and then ask an MR/HR to kick.
You may issue a warnings using the format: Warning l/ll/lll | Reason | Username.
Here are a few examples of VALID warnings:
Warning l | Trolling | Username.
Warning ll | Disrespect | Username.
Warning llI | Not complying | Username.
Adding the username at the end of a warning is optional, however it does make it easier for the MR+ when checking chatlogs.
You must not issue warnings altogether. Make sure you ask them to stop, then warn.
Here are a few examples of INVALID warnings:
warning l | being a noob
warning ll | looks ugly
warning lll | rat
Please note that you’re required to use punctuation at the end of your warnings. If you forget, you won’t get warned.
If a player leaves the game and REJOINS the server to avoid being kicked for their lll warnings, you have to report it MR +
If there are no Middle/High ranks in the server, you must refer to the group wall for assistance.
Please remain professional when calling on the group wall, here is an example:
Please may I have an MR/HR join me at the Hotel via my profile? I have a troller cuffed due to receiving lll warnings.
Here is how it should NOT look:
HELLO PLS JOIN ME RLLY QUICK AT THE HOTEL THERES SOMEONE FLYING OMGGGG HELP!!!
