Code of Conduct

Community Regulations :clipboard:

It is mandatory that all members of our community should adhere to the important rules administered by Siam Spice. In addition to this, you are required to abide by all Roblox ToS when using any of our in-game facilities. You are also required to follow the Discord ToS of our communications server. It is vital you follow these regulations for not only your safety, but also those around you. Not following them will result in severe consequences from a member of our staff team.

ATTIRE
Individuals wearing inappropriate outfits that are overly revealing, contains explicit or offensive imagery, will be asked to change into something acceptable.

TROLLING
Deliberately annoying and provoking other players to disrupt their gameplay experience. Involves actions such as spamming chat, jumping/emoting on tables, intentionally messing up orders, etc.

EXPLOITING
Taking advantage of cheats or vulnerabilities such as glitches and bugs to manipulate the game in order to gain an unfair advantage over other players. This is against the Roblox ToS, and will automatically result in a Permanent Ban without any warnings.

RAIDING
Coordinated efforts by a group of individuals to disrupt or overwhelm a public space. Often involves a large number of players joining the server with the intention of causing chaos.

HINTING
Pushy behavior targeted towards our staff implying that you deserve a promotion.

MINI-MODDING
Someone trying to fulfill staff duties without actually being one, such as supervising at the restaurant. We appreciate the enthusiasm but this is the job of our MR+ Team, not Low-Ranks.

POINT CHEATING
Using methods to accumulate points in an illegitimate way. An example of this is sending items to guests who did not order them.

BYPASSING
Finding ways to overcome restrictions or filters put into place. For instance, bypassing chat filters to send inappropriate messages by adding extra letters or symbols in between the text.

HARASSMENT
Persistently and intentionally targeting someone with unwanted or threatening behavior. It includes actions such as sending repeated offensive messages, making threats, spreading rumors, or engaging in any form of bullying.

LEAKING
Revealing any content to others, without permission, that is exclusive to your rank via call or chat.

ADVERTISEMENT
Any techniques used to promote services not related to Siam Spice is declared as advertising.

Promotion Guide

This guide provides valuable information to help you advance from a Low-Rank position. It outlines the requirements for each rank and emphasizes factors such as performance, achievements, and skills. By excelling in these areas and consistently demonstrating your commitment to Siam Spice, you’ll be well positioned for a possible promotion.

TRAINEE
To achieve this rank, you start by joining Siam Spice’s group. Then, head over to the application center. In order to successfully pass the quiz, you must get 6 out of 8 questions correct to be ranked as a Trainee. If you pass but don’t get ranked, take a screenshot as proof. Create a general support ticket in our communications server so our staff can rank you accordingly.

JUNIOR CHEF
To achieve this rank, you must be a trainee and attend one of our scheduled trainings. If you disconnect or fail, don’t worry! You can join any of our sessions repeatedly until you pass.

SOUS CHEF
To achieve this rank, you must accumulate 250 points. You can earn these through serving our customers or purchasing them in the shop!

HEAD CHEF
To achieve this rank, you must accumulate 500 points. You can earn these through serving our customers or purchasing them in the shop!

EXECUTIVE CHEF
To achieve this rank, you must be recommended by a member of our Human Resources Department. They are actively on the lookout for diligent employees to promote. Some basic qualities they look for include, but aren’t limited to, meeting the requirements listed below.

  • No Safe-Chat.
  • Individual is 13+.
  • In our Communications Server.
  • Must be a Head Chef.
  • Minimum of 1000 points.
  • Active at the restaurant.
  • Sufficient English Grammar.
  • Good reputation within the industry.

STAFF INTERN
To achieve this rank, you must be recommended by a member of our Human Resources Department. They are actively on the lookout for diligent employees to promote. Some basic qualities they look for include, but aren’t limited to, meeting the requirements listed below.

  • No Safe-Chat.
  • Individual is 13+.
  • In our Communications Server.
  • Must be an Executive Chef.
  • Minimum of 2000 points.
  • Active at the restaurant.
  • Sufficient English Grammar.
  • Good reputation within the industry.

STAFF ASSISTANT
To achieve this rank, you must fulfill your duties as Staff Intern to become a Management Member.

Involves learning about different aspects of industry operations such as food preparation, customer service, and handling difficult situations. Designed to provide trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles at the restaurant.

  • In order to attend a Training, you must be a Trainee. Refer to the Promotion Guide to view the necessary steps to become that rank. Listed below are the scheduled trainings that are in effect Sunday-Saturday. There are also other unscheduled training times which is completely up to our Management+ Team if they’d like to host extra sessions.

Shifts :tea:

A collaborative effort, supervised by our Staff Team, where our group members join forces to serve customers. Players are able to take on different roles according to their position, to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

  • Shifts are randomly hosted throughout the day, there are no scheduled times. It’s primary purpose is to help boost in-game activity! It is a great opportunity for low-ranked members to get noticed by HRs who are actively seeking hard-working chefs to promote. These sessions are not only about serving delicious cuisine to our hungry customers, but also includes playing fun mini-games to showcase the group’s creativity and gameplay.

How do I join the Siam Spice communications server?

  • Per the ToS, you must be 13+ in order to join! A link to the server will be provided through our Roblox Group under our official Social Links.

When will Siam Spice be published?

  • All of our facilities are currently under development as of November 2023. Updates and sneak peeks will be provided in our communications server.

Is Siam Spice hiring staff?

  • Yes! We will be posting applications for Managament roles in our communications server. Our main goal is to establish a strong foundation and an organized system for our community before its official release!
