What is the payment? (30 chas)

We do discuss that with the developers in private and won’t deal with these types of questions.

Why would someone apply without knowing what they’re receiving? His question is perfectly valid.

It’s perfectly valid but we do not put up payouts in a recruiting form.

We are perfectly legal official studio and both here and on other places we never bring up a payment before we know what the developer can do.

Based on it’s skills, the use the bring for us and all that we can bring to the table we setup a fair payment or contract for the developer to work assuming they are all 18 years or older and otherwise have to sign these contracts with some help of a parental party.
